Automatic Waitlist — Never Lose a Booking Again

One of the most-requested features is now live. When a boat slot is fully booked, members can join the waitlist with one tap. If someone cancels, the next person in line gets an email with a 30-minute acceptance window — no admin involvement needed.

How the flow works

1. Member tries to book a full slot and joins the waitlist instead.
2. Another member cancels their booking.
3. Nauticore immediately emails the first person on the waitlist with a unique acceptance link.
4. They have 30 minutes to confirm. If they don't respond, the offer passes to the next person.
5. Once accepted, the booking is confirmed and both parties receive confirmation emails.

Admins can see the full waitlist for any slot from the Bookings view and can manually promote members if needed.
