How quickly can we get set up?

Do members need to download an app?
No. Members open the link in their phone browser and tap 'Add to Home Screen' — it installs and works exactly like a native app, with no app store or download.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes — every club gets a custom domain (e.g. fleet.yourclub.co.uk) with automatic SSL. Members see your club's login page, your logo, your colours. Nauticore never appears.
What happens when a booking is cancelled?
The next member on the waitlist is automatically notified and given 30 minutes to claim the slot. If they don't respond, it moves to the next person — no admin involvement.
Can we track fuel costs per member?
Yes. Admins log litres and cost per trip. At month-end, filter unbilled sessions by member and send itemised email statements in a single click.
Is our data shared with other clubs?
