We've just shipped a major upgrade to the admin member view. Click any member's name in the Members list and you'll land on a brand-new analytics page that shows everything you need to know about that member at a glance.

What's included

• Booking stats — total bookings, confirmed, cancelled, no-shows, and a no-show rate badge that turns amber when it exceeds 20%.
• 12-month booking chart — see exactly when members are most active.
• Day of week & slot preferences — know whether they're a morning or afternoon person.
• Favourite boats — the top 5 vessels each member gravitates towards.
• Happiness score — average star rating from post-trip feedback, plus clean and "all worked" percentages.
• Fuel spend — total litres, total cost, and unbilled balance.
• Issues & incidents — every problem they've ever reported, with status.

This data helps you have informed conversations, identify members who may need a reminder about cancellation policy, and spot your most engaged sailors.
