Paper pre-use inspection sheets are easy to lose, hard to audit, and often filled in as an afterthought. BoatCheck changes that — it's a digital inspection system built directly into Nauticore, available as an add-on on any plan.
How it works
Admins build a checklist of inspection items organised into sections (engine checks, safety equipment, hull checks, etc.). Members completing a pre-use inspection work through the checklist on their phone, marking each item pass or fail and adding photo evidence where needed.
Failed items are automatically flagged and linked to the issues system. Admins can review, approve, and sign off inspections from the admin panel, creating a complete maintenance audit trail.
